We want to thank Lena Marshall of Coldwell Banker Kaljian & Associates for her exceptional support to sell our California rental home. This was also the home that I grew up in and there were so many memories, we intended to sell quickly to alleviate the stress of selling it. Lena made this process seamless and worry free.

Having moved to Oregon, we felt it would be difficult to fly back and forth to California for the sale and also fix all of the mandatory repairs, but Lena took care of everything, including managing all of the inspections, scheduling and working directly with each of the repair teams, and personally going to pick up orders for paint and supplies from Home Depot that we ordered for some of the jobs, among other things. Each of the people she contracted with did A+ work on the home and Lena ensured that we had the appropriate billing and receipts categorized for our taxes.

She then coordinated with the title company to send all of the paperwork needed to our Oregon home for signature.

Lena is our “go-to person” for anything related to home sales and purchases. She even took the time to respond to my son who was purchasing a home in Georgia. Although she was not directly involved in the purchase/sale of that home, she still responded to each of his questions making his home purchase also stress free.
