Last night, an email came to me.
I just could not believe!
A fraud attempt was being made-
A credit card deceive!
I printed out the email-
With all the simple facts!
This morning, went into Coasthills,
They always have my back!
With proof of my transactions,
A case number and more.
My credit card was cancelled,
My account was then restored!
I spoke straight to the manager.
Vicky King made a few calls!
Within a couple minutes,
She had resolved it all!

Horrendously poor customer service. Went into their office (near Vandenberg AFB on Constellation) to make our credit card payment with a DEBIT card. They don't accept a debit card that is with mastercard? When questioned "why" - Lynsey rudely explained "That's just how our system works". Anyway, today's review is just the straw on the camel's back with Coast Hills. Their website stinks, they do not answer emails and have a cavalier attitude about customer service.

Go see the very nice folks at Bank of Montecito, the staff in Solvang is especially awesome.

These people tried to steal 2250 from me, I wouldn't work with them again in a million years. Took me hours to sort it out. Management rude, and lacks any knowledge of their systems at all.
