Keren was phenomenal!! She was very knowledgeable on so much information regarding all of the plans for my father. I had set an appt for my father’s plan but she was so kind and helpful, she also included some additional advice for my mother’s insurance plan. I can’t thank her enough for walking us through this process. It was very overwhelming reading and receiving so much mail regarding the additional plans, but she took the time to really go over everything. Highly recommend!!! A million stars!!!
