Hiring Clinton as our Realtor was a blessing, as I live about 2 hours away from the property he sold for our family. Clinton Wade is the most reliable, personable and dependable realtor I could have had. Understanding that there would always be issues that arise in a real estate transaction, the experience, temperament, and responsiveness of your realtor can make or break a deal. Aside from being very knowledgeable and superbly experienced, Clinton is highly responsive and very effective in addressing problems and resolving stalemates and disputes. By nature, Clinton is very devoted to his clients and very passionate about his work. I had a very difficult transaction when I purchased my home and Clinton was there every step of the way seeing the deal to completion. He provided me with peace of mind in a situation that otherwise would have been extremely stressful. I highly recommend Clinton for any real estate deal, but especially for a large and potentially complex transaction.

I was fortunate enough to find Clinton a dozen-or--so years ago when I was buying a condo -- and ran into problems involving an unethical seller's agent and a lazy agent of my own. Thank goodness I went in search of a new broker and found Clinton. He is honorable. He is ethical. He is a great and kind person who I'm not at all surprised has linked his business up to charitable organizations. Since we both knew some specifics that I wanted (sunlight, an elevator), Clinton didn't waste my time with those showings. And he didn't try to "sell me."

Recently, due to a problematic tenant in the next apartment, I was considering selling and moving. (Luckily, the tenant was soon gone). I immediately phoned Clinton -- who is a consummate pro. Clinton's concerns about what was best for me was genuine. Even though I ended up not selling, Clinton is the only broker I would recommend of use in th future.

Again, Clinton Wade is an incredible pro. He is a terrific, personable, and kind person who is more interested in his clients being happy than making a quickie deal.

Clinton has represented our family when both buying and selling properties over the years. Most recently he sold our primary home in Sherman Oaks. We received multiple offers the first week on the market and it sold for well above the list price. Never once did I have to check in to see how things were going. He is incredibly responsive and made the entire transaction a breeze. He is the owner/broker so all decisions are made by him.
