Mike was great to work with over the years. He is very personable, honest and explains in detail about coverage options. Any time I had a question, needed to make adjustments to my policies or needed insurance info sent over he was on top of it. Unfortunately, I moved out of the region and had to switch providers otherwise I would have stuck with Mike and Erie Insurance. Erie as a whole has been there during unfortunate times without any hiccups and so has Mike. Highly recommended!

I always had a great experience with Michael, he answers promptly and we have an awesome communication via email. It is just easier for me that way. ClearPoint takes good care of their customers and their needs. I had not the best experience with other agents, but such outstanding and fast service I honestly did not encounter before. Some agents do not bother to let you know of renewals or even get back to you on standards questions about insurance concerns, but that is not the case for ClearPoint company. I am very pleased with everything they do and I have been using their services for over 2 years.
