I have been with this agency since 2010. I'm also an officer for our Homeowner's Association and we use Clay Anders for our insurance. My agent, Kristi, is always responsive to questions and really tries to get the best for her clients. She is also a delight to work with. Clay Anders is always on top of things in the business, also, and makes you feel valued. You can't go wrong.

Kristi Shoup is simply amazing and professional! She goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best coverage for the most competitive price. We have been customers using Nationwide Insurance for many years for our home and auto. They are affordable and when a claim is filed, an appraiser shows up, reviews the damage and cuts a check. I have been with Clay-Anders since I got my license at 16 and my parents have been with them since they were married. We all love the personal service that they provide. None of us would ever switch. Kristi Shoup is wonderful!
