I’ve wanted to mentioned about my experience with Sonia . She recently helped us to sell our house . She is the kind of realtor you want to have whether you are buying or selling your house . Four years ago I came across Sonia to help me purchase a condo . She was able to facilitate the transaction so smoothly and quick to make it happened for me . And four years later , I looked for Sonia again to help me sell my house. I didn’t have much help to clean and prep for the selling process. For a whole week, Sonia came ready with jeans and a pair of sneakers to help me scrubbed ,packed cleaned…. You name it , she did everything.
Sonia also has a good contractor who is really reliable and really good at his job in fixing the place .

Efficient and Strategic! Not only did Sonia ease our worries of listing the house earlier than Springtime and in the extreme weather condition, but she also helped to sell our house faster and way over than we expected. After quickly (less than a month) helping us prepare for the listing and within 72 hours of listing, we were overwhelmed with multiple offers While preparing the house, it was during those heavy rainy days, Sonia was there with us everyday helping us. When offers came in Sonia sacrificed Sunday family dinner to go over all the offers with us.
