This insurance company is like no other, Amy and Candice are always smiling, friendly and eager to help anyway they can. They have even called me when I forgot to make a payment on my insurance to keep it from lapsing and costing me more, They will treat you like family and not a customer. Definitely go there for your insurance needs because their friendliness & hospitality is second to none and that's hard to find now days. I have been using them as my insurance for probably 10+ years now and anytime I've ever had a problem they've always been there for me. It's more than just the insurance company, it's more like family!

Sold me isurance for a year and for months and the colision did not cover my vechicle Spoke with Mark Mullen Mangager who knew my occupation and his words are oh well not a good place for insurance coverage.Its been 2 months so now im told my vehicle will not be paid for.Looks like time for BBB.Udayed 01/21/2017 I talked to the underwriters and explained my deal.I no long deal with Citizens insurance I deal straight with them and I recieveced my collision damage claim .No thanks to Mr.Mullens and his staff.Thank you National General
