If I can give NO STARS I would! Their customer service SUCKS they are NO HELP! I had a simple question and all they did was send to me 4/5 different people that half the time I couldn’t understand! I called the branch which was no help either!!! Can someone direct me to a bank that actually listens and helps!!! Don’t bank with citi bank and I been with them for years and there always threatening me with closing my account well I guess I’ll just leave! Thanks for nothing but headaches!

Complete garbage of a company. Can't believe the government would do business with this company. Went tdy a few months ago and had to call and get card to work. Just traveled 1800 miles and card only worked twice. So much for being able to USE what was mandatory for us to use... then spent over a hour on hold for a very disrespectful lady to tell me it was all MY FAULT that the card wasn't working. She couldn't of course explain WHY it worked the 2xs it did(of dozens of tries) she just got very rude and insulting and said she'd disconnect the call if I asked any more questions. What a joke. Glad none of my personal cards are with/affiliated with this disaster of an organization.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t answer the phone and say they’re busy but clearly they aren’t because I walked in to just simply add my husband to my savings account an hour before they closed and she said no I can’t make an appointment today. I wish I remember her name but she is the third desk. The lady at the second desk from the entrance is always sweet. This lady has a rude attitude and didn’t want to help.

In my experience here, the business bankers lack follow-up and integrity of their word. I had numerous easily preventable mistakes occur when I opened my business account with this branch. So much so that I closed another and moved the remainder of my accounts and new business to another bank. Don't claim to be a fiduciary unless you can back it up with action.

If you're going to be a bank that has barely any convenient branches, the least you could do is have reps that actually care about the work they are doing. People this infuriating make automation look good.

They screwed me up $3000 over wire transfer,when I explained to the manager what's happened, He told me it is what it is.this is what you get after covid in my opinion he is the problem, No Costumer service .they are there to take your money not to help you. ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ ,,,
I closed my saving account and went to Logix - Golden Valley Branch better rates and 5 STAR customer .

The bank teller was very rude. Her name is ROBIN. She was very rude and condescending. I went in to get a cash advance and she told me that it was impossible, mind you, I successfully got a cash advance a month prior from this branch, so I insisted that she was mistaken and to please try anyway. While it was processing, Robin gave unnecessary attitude and condescending remarks saying: "it wont work", "they don't do this at your bank?", "what do you do for a living?" "this branch has turned into a cash checking place". When it was approved, she became even more terrible as if it was her money I was withdrawing. There was no apology, no sorry I was mistaken. She was Very rude and unpleasant.

I don’t understand why this branch has few stars but to me this branch has great customer service Mrs Patty assisted my mother and I, they serve coffee and her attitude was just simply amazing.
I have had Citi bank for over 10 years, I highly recommend
