This branch of Citibank is terrible in general Citibank is terrible. I opened a checking account and since I opened it I had been having problems with them until out of nowhere they closed my account and I received a check with the funds I had in my account and when I came to want to exchange it at this branch it turns out that they do not exchange checks if you do not have an account and it is illogical since it is a check from their own bank but the extremely rude lady did not even look at the check, she only told me if you do not have an account I cannot exchange the check without observing that it was a check from them.

This Citi bank branch is horrible. Incompetent and rude people. Mistakes made, excessive waits for basic wire services a teller can do, but won't. I drive to a further location just so I don't have to deal with these people.

Horrible Customer Service
In my opinion, Extremely Disrespectful and Rude.
I recently got a Citibank Credit Card; I went into The Bank to make a payment with Cash. I was Rudely told "We Don't Except Cash". I laughed, thinking the Teller was making a Joke. She says, "Do you want me to get the Manager?".
OMGOSH Are You Serious, this is a Joke right? I'm in a Bank, why wouldn't you Except Cash?
The Manager comes over and I immediately realize why the teller is so rude, it comes from the Top.
The manager tells me, "You Should Learn To Read Before Signing A Contract."
He wasn't worth my time.

This pipeline location Branch was not my original branch. We relocated from Las Vegas Nevada.
The entire staff Kimmie, Hector, the branch manager Ted, the tellers Karen and the new girl Cindy as well as the guy and the other girl are excellent!
They all know my name when I go inside the therebranch.
They help me with whatever I need weather it be money orders cashier's checks not just my deposit.
They are a great team. I certainly would recommend people to go to that branch and open their account(s). They're always professional, no matter how busy they take the time out.

Terrible service, every time I walk in there nobody seems to know what they are doing. The wait is always long even though there's no costumers in there. They are slow and they make continuous mistakes with even simplest tasks like deposits or ordering a debit card etc.
Also I haven't heard once, "we are sorry for the inconvenience"..

this bank is the worst bank ever, they have the worst customer service starting at the branch level with Cindy. Also try calling there retirement dept. to get any type of assistance is near to impossible, because the calls will get transferred and transferred only to have a rep by the name of Jeff or Jess give you major attitude and then hang up because they are a call center with little to no supervision. 0 stars if I could

Horrible customers service from banker Kimberly Chamberlin, we have a business in Chino and we were trying to set up an account in person at this Chino Hills branch, Mrs. Kimberly not only made us feel like criminals, she was just point blank rude and unprofessional, we are so happy they showed us that before actually gave them our business.
