Cindy is an amazing agent and one of the best I've ever worked with! I've purchased two homes through Cindy this year and she has made the process extremely easy, especially for an out of state investor. I reached out to Cindy last year because I was interested in exploring the Vegas market. We got on a call immediately and she went through all the neighborhoods and gave me a few investment strategies for appreciation, long term rentals, mid term rentals, and short term rentals. After deciding to visit Vegas to explore the neighborhoods, Cindy spent two days taking us around to listings in different areas (Summerlin/Henderson/Southwest) that she prepared for us and also gave us the lay of the land. She took us to new builds that were investor friendly as well as newly remodeled homes. We learned so much about the Vegas market and felt really confident about investing because she's really knowledgeable and also an investor herself. She was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and addressed most of our concerns. She also gives really great food recommendations!

After we went back home, we weren't quite ready to proceed yet, but Cindy was very patient and kept sending us listings and following up. By the time we were ready, it was about 6 months later and we found a listing that we really liked. Since we live in California, Cindy was able to help walk the property and sent us walkthrough videos of the home. She helped us a lot to determine a price when we submitted our initial offer and also helped us save a ton of money by advising us on how much to counter when we received a counter offer. We were very satisfied with the final purchase price that was well below listing. She made our first Vegas home buying process super easy, helped schedule the home inspection, and kept us informed throughout closing. Before we closed, she already started to provide all of her contacts (property managers, designers), so that we could get a head start on getting the investment property ready for rent. She even got us a really generous housewarming gift, which included photos, videos, and a 3D Matterport walkthrough.

Our second home we bought through Cindy was in the same community of the first home we saw together when we visited Vegas. Since this was a new build, Cindy was able to help us again to negotiate a really great deal, which included a lower purchase price (under listing) along with new appliances (fridge/washer/dryer) that weren't initially included. We were again amazed by how great of a negotiator Cindy is and how well she knows the market in Vegas. After closing, Cindy has been extremely helpful by providing more contacts (handyman, water softener company) to get our home ready for rent. She provided a lot rental comps and is currently helping us get the home rented out. Cindy really has gone above and beyond because she has even personally gone to our new home on a weekend to bring in our Amazon packages in for us.

I highly recommend Cindy for anyone looking to buy real estate in Las Vegas. She is really great to work with especially for out of state investors because she knows which homes makes sense for an investor. She is really responsive and always answers all my texts even when she's traveling or on the road. I look forward to working with Cindy again in the future!

My wife and I are first time homebuyers and the process seemed overwhelming so we decided to find an agent to represent us for our new build in Las Vegas.

One of our friends referred Cindy Nguyen. My first impressions of Cindy were; she is friendly and knowledgeable. She knew all the right questions to ask our sales agent, and as first time buyers, it would’ve been questions that I would have never thought to ask.

After signing the paper work there was a 9 month duration of waiting for the build. Cindy kept in contact during this time answering any questions we might have for the how the lending and rates worked.

The week before closing, we were unable to be present for our home inspection. Cindy showed up on our behalf and FaceTimed us to give us a summary of the findings.

After closing, Cindy took us out for a nice dinner and purchased a beautiful knife set and wine fridge for us. Overall this was a fantastic experience and if I could give 6 stars I would! Highly recommend!
