I recommend this State Farm Office in Carmel, CA with the lead Agent Cindy Kleinkopf, and her staff Jordi, who was stellar at Customer Service with his knowledge, quick response/s, and the ability to go above, to find a solution to insurance issue/s, and an open willingness to help via asking peers and or Cindy how to assist the Customer/Insured. Jenny, also provided the same service, was extremely friendly upon contacting the Carmel Office. This type of excellent follow up, was why I chose to change local agent to ensure the Quality of Service, which State Farm used to value - was still active in another office.

If, you are having problems with follow up, being provided answers, and or any type of return contact/calls and or follow through on your insurance issue/s via your current Insurance Office, you may want to contact this office, as you will find Cindy and her staff Jordi and Jenny, will do what they can to resolve any Insured Issue/s and or provide you with whom you can contact, in my case Insurance Claim Fraud via Identity Theft.

Good Leadership, ultimately produces an excellent staff, this Carmel office makes every attempt to help, which is rare these days.
