Cici has helped us purchase our first home one month ago. It took us two years, because we were not sure whether it was a good time to buy. But Cici has been very patient with us through the whole time. She never rush us to make an offer. On the contrary, she always tells us what kind of house we should not buy. When we want to make an offer, Cici is always super responsive and help us get an offer ready as soon as possible. I remember on some weekdays, Cici went with us to see the house until 9:00 pm at least. When we decided on which house to buy that day, Cici pulled out the disclosure immediately after she got back home, and called us to go over the disclosure together, sometimes until midnight. I wrote this review 3 months after we moved into our new home, since I need more time to know more about our house, community, neighbor, and the market. The conclusion is that Cici is an excellent agent and this house she recommended to us is the best option for us at the moment.
1. Cici is very knowledgeable in the real estate market of the Bay Area. We are the first home buyer and just moved to the Bay Area 6 months ago. Cici generously shared her deep understanding and rich experiences in the markets around East Bay, Peninsula and South Bay. She taught us how to screen the best properties among all available candidates.
2. Cici is very professional in satisfying our expectations. As a first time home buyer, we come with high expectations and sometimes swung among criterias we set for ourselves. Cici could always guide us on to a right path before we made a seemingly correct decision.
3. Cici is very sensitive to the deals in the market. Three months after we moved into our current house, we realized that this is really a great deal in such a hot market. There are two similar houses sold in our community within three months, one is 100K more than our price and the other one is 200K more than our price.
4. Cici is very resourceful. After we closed this transaction. Cici still kept a close touch with us and offered help around remodeling and getting home insurance. AS I know Cici built a house for herself recently, so she is also very familiar with house construction.
We really appreciate Cici’s help and knowledge sharing. We would highly recommend Cici to you if you are looking for a home in the Bay Area.

We're very grateful to have Cici as our buyer's agent. Cici listened carefully to our needs and never pushed us during the process. Cici knows all the backstories of every corner of the bay area, and it was an eye-opening learning process for us. Cici always had great interaction with the listing agents, people know her and love to work with her. For a couple of properties I placed offers, Cici predicted the final sale price very accurately even before the offer deadline.
