Went to see my old friends, Chuck and Heather about a quote and left the office feeling extremely satisfied with the insurance I had bought and the price. Worst company I have ever dealt with. The person who hit me had this insurance company and they were the absolute most rude and hateful people I have ever dealt with. They said they would provide a vehicle for me to drive for the entire duration of my vehicle but to my surprise they lied. My vehicle is still not fixed and they have asked me to return the car because "they dont feel like paying for it" anymore. Now i have nothing to drive and its disgusting that a company would do this to someone. This company is a joke and a scam. I will be filing a diminished value claim so get my 20k ready nationwide.

I just moved to hot springs. Ar. @ was looking for insurance . iv seen the ads. On this Inc. @ dropped in @ also called to see what they afford. The little blond lady Jan moore helped me. She made it so easy to get my insurance @ made me feel as I would be taken of @ built trust.

*SCAM ARTIST* these people are complete ripoffs chuck Jordan will not send Bill's out and charges you extra to mail out Bill's and never mails anything to you so if you don't keep track with it then your going to pay late charges and also had a policy with uninsured motorists and got into a wreck and the other person who didn't have insurance so we made a claim on our insurance to get damages fixed and come to find out they now said that that policy has roadside assistance instead of uninsured motorists. I tell everyone I know how chuck at nationwide insurance does his customers. I'm serious when I say this if you want to get ripped off go ahead and get your insurance from him but if not don't even get a quote from him cause it's all going to change or be a complete lie.
