I originally set out to sell my home FSBO, but quickly realized that not only was I in over my head, but there was no way I would ever get my home in front of enough eyes to sell it quickly and for the money I was hoping for. All that being said, after my lame attempt to list my FSBO on Zillow, I was inundated with calls and texts from out of state scammers contacting me attempting to hack my personal accounts. Luckily, I did end up receiving a call from a local real estate company that I recognized... That call was from Christine Wilke at Best Reality. She reached out politely asking if I would possibly be interested in letting her show my home to a couple of her clients. It was very clear to me that she was hard working and highly motivated, but not pushy at all. In fact, I was the one that insisted upon meeting and signing a contract with her ASAP (I was completely done with trying FSBO, lol).

I could tell instantly that not only was her knowledge of the local market unrivaled, but she was very trustworthy, and just a really good person! Obviously, That meant everything to me, as I had no idea what I was doing. Christine walked me through everything, and honestly made the process of selling my home FUN! She ended up selling my home in a week's time at a price my wife and I were both very happy with. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. Personally, I cannot recommend Best Reality and Christine Wilke strongly enough!

Christine was fabulous with everything from the beginning to end. Christine was very helpful with knowledge and suggestions on the direction to go at a time when my mind was cloudy and confused. The house was from an Estate and with her help we sold it in 3 days . Christine was able to answer all the questions we asked, and was their to help with whatever we needed. With her kind heart and personality she help make this tuff time a very pleasant and easy experience .
