I had an extraordinary experience selling my property in Mt View, CA with Realtor; Shelly Potvin.

I was in an unusual situation regarding the urgent timing challenges I faced and needed extra hands-on handholding from a knowledgeable local Realtor in the area. Someone I could count on to handle all the details (from small to large). Anyone that has ever sold a home knows how much goes into it. You can imagine its even twice as hard from a distance.

I was away from the home in another state unable to tend to the details of preparing the sale. I contracted directly with Shelly Potvin to handle everything.

She orchestrated every detail of preparation, listing, marketing and obtaining multiple offers in a matter of days. I received numerous offers and selected the right one with Shellys research as well that met all my most important needs.

Im not as easy to work with as I sound and do really appreciate everything she did to reach the end goal.

Michael Sutton did an amazing job selling our family's home. When my dad passed away, I needed some help getting his place ready to go on the market and Mike went above and beyond coordinating with a variety of vendors to fix the place up and get it staged. He did a ton of research on the neighborhood, and knew how to get interest up. He held an open house just for any friends and neighbors that wanted to see how the house came out so that he'd be able to concentrate on serious buyers during the regular open house.

My brother and I were blown away by the number of offers we got and Mike's wife, Shelly, helped walk us through all of them and our options and our closing process was super smooth and easy. I checked and we received more $/sq ft than the other homes that sold in the same neighborhood that month so I'm more than happy!
