I am careful not to take advantage, but I have found that Chris has an answer or solution to just about anything I have thrown his way. He has helped me with smaller things like vendor recommendations or trendy paint color choices to larger and complex matters like helping to find the right person to talk to at a huge faceless utility that was wrongfully accusing me of not paying a bill for a property that I did not even own.
