10.16.22 - 1 star - My wife and I had insurance formerly with Becky Parks for many years and transitioned over once she sold to Choice. During that time no issues and customer service was good. About a year ago we did a review of our insurance and realized that we were paying dramatically more. More than double on the auto and the home owners was not quite as bad but we came out a little cheaper even while upping out insurance amount. We switch both our auto and homeowners sometime around the end of October 2021. We attempted to cancel our policy by contacting Choice directly, though they would never return our calls. Therefor we cancelled our policies though corporate. Fast forward 10 months or so I get a call from Choice saying that we owed them a bill, and couldn't explain what for. I informed them our policy had been cancelled for close to a year at that point and that they hadn't been billing us as they normally had (monthly). So shouldn't have been any reason why we should have had a bill from them. Today I get a letter from a collection agency so now we have to take the time to dispute this. Choice never followed up, nor explained what the bill was for that they were seeking. Its possible there could have been a good reason for it but they never bothered to contact us. If customer service is important to them they would have bothered to pick up the phone.
10.26.22 - After the initial review, which was on a weekend, I received a prompt call Monday morning from the Wilson office. The representative was extremely helpful, prompt, and over a few easy steps got all of the issues resolve. Give this experience if I were going to do business with them Id likely be dealing directly with the Wilson office rather than Rocky Mount. Initial rating was 1 star and I am amending to 3 stars given the recent response. Would have been nice to received that initially, all of these issues could have been easily avoided.

I started Out with "Becky Parks" for We went to High School Together, and I KNEW that I could Trust Her and Reach Her at Anytime.
