We have had Heather do our taxes now for 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. The office is comfortable, like being in someone's home and there are always cold drinks available and always candy!! Heather is such fun to talk with , always cheery, but at the same time she is very efficient and knowledgable and she's always willing to explain something if you don't understand. We actually look forward to visiting with her. We would highly recommend this business.

Horrible service. Forgot about appointments - twice. Lost our file. Left other client's files in plain view. Screwed up our filing and we got over $1,000 less back than she calculated. Will not be returning. Very disappointed.

I find it amusing that you amended your initial response. This response is more professional, even if you do add my personal information and shift the blame (IRS/COVID). My hope is that you slow down and make fewer mistakes on client's returns and focus more on client privacy. You do bring up a good point in that I only leave negative reviews, a practice I will work on changing.

very poor customer service. made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, show up on the day of our appointment after traveling 35 miles and there is a sign on door "closed until 4/8 @ 2pm our appointment was for 10am on 4/8 called the phone # on the sign, left VM and no response...our time means nothing to these people and the info on their website is false, they are not behind the Chase Bank, that should of been our first clue to go some where else. called MDI and explained what happen and they took us right away!!

I went here last year all the paperwork I've done very fast even for working with multiple locations so I had more than one W-2 oh, she even helped me move along my taxes from the year before that I did myself and never got back. Will be back this year as soon as I can get that appointment haha
