I have been a loyal customer of Chino Commercial Bank for over five years, primarily banking at the Rancho branch where I am always treated with kindness and respect. However, my recent visit to a different branch has completely shattered my trust and loyalty.

When I first walked into the branch, I was greeted by a bank teller who looked at me with obvious confusion, as if questioning why I was there. I explained that I needed to obtain two money orders and was initially asked for my ID, but not my bank card. After providing my bank card, the teller spent over five minutes looking up my account before finally handing me withdrawal slips. Her demeanor and lack of customer service made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

After spending 10 minutes filling out the withdrawal slips, the teller informed me that I had filled out the wrong form—even though she was the one who provided them. Frustrated, I requested to speak with the branch manager. Ana, the manager, greeted me with the same unwelcoming attitude. I explained that I needed assistance quickly as I was late for work, but she responded in a very rude and hostile tone, stating that I needed to wait and showing no concern for my situation.

Throughout my visit, I couldn't help but feel that I was being discriminated against as a person of color. I witnessed Ana treating another customer, a Caucasian woman, with much more kindness and patience compared to how she treated me. This stark difference in treatment leads me to believe that profiling and discrimination played a significant role in my unpleasant experience.

This visit was by far the worst banking experience I've ever had. What should have been a simple and quick transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal marked by hostility, incompetence, and discriminatory behavior. I am deeply disappointed and will be reconsidering my decision to continue banking with Chino Commercial Bank.

The service was terrible if I could give it a 0 I would. But I have been cashing my checks there for half a year now and like my usual routine I went today and the new girl they hired from the Ontario office was flat out rude to me. I’ve never at a bank dealt with this kind of service which was really disappointing. The supervisor didn’t even bother checking to see if I’ve deposited there before which the teller told me that’s what they do. But instead they just kept saying they’ve never seen me and told me “They don’t need to cash my check period.” From the supervisors ANNA’s mouth just rude and denied me service and I go every Wednesday. She told me she did not like Mexicans and our presence was not welcomed to go back to Mexico which was so awful to hear never in my life have I been told that I tried to call back to maybe resolve the situation and Anna again talked over me and hung up on me. DO BETTER ANNA how dare you be racist and rude to someone who has been going to that bank for awhile.

So they let their clients cash checks that aren’t even in their name. Wow definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank
