Right from the start this process of home buying to the very end , Pearl was there in every step of the way.

Kevin with his engineering background will walk you through a lot of maintenance and rebuilding issues like roofing, plumbing, insulation etc .

Pearl had an extensive network of bankers and brokers that helped us getting a good deal on our home loan . She was there with us in all open houses . She was extremely meticulous and followed up with seller agents and all the other entities that are involved during the process of buying like escrow, lender etc . After closing the deal she helped us with a lot of maintenance work too. She is very resourceful and has wide web of people that can help you with cleaning, repair, termite control, gardening etc (all these things have been taken care after you buy and before you move in ).
