I'm trapped in this horrendous dumpster fire of a credit union because it's where my parents bank and they are very elderly and there are frequent transfers back and forth between our accounts, and that would be complicated by me changing to a different financial institution. But the second - THE SECOND - that I am able, I will not be able to move fast enough to free myself. If you're debating between bringing your money here or somewhere else, CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. It literally doesn't matter where. Keep your money in a shoebox under your bed. That's a better option. For that matter, keep your money in a clear plastic tub in plain view on your front porch. THAT'S A BETTER OPTION.

Anything. Is. A. Better. Option. Than. This.

I'm incredibly sorry to say that I've been a member since the 1990's. So listen to me. You don't want this.

Have always had such a good experiene any time I've come in. I've refinanced my car through them and have referred friends and family. Everyone is always very friendly and the interest rate for my Marketedge savings account is really good too.

never ever ever ever ever again! making a mortage payment by phone is near IMPOSSIBLE, I literally was just told by 3 different "call center reps" after 3 hours that they dont know how to take my payment........every month there is a problem paying my mortgage...........HORRIBLE< HORRIBLE< HORRIBLE

My bank will get me in and out in 2 min. And I can request a loan for a car or home. I have tried to see if a Loan application would go to through and it did! Just waiting on the right moment.
