In January, I requested a Chevron credit card. After a few days, I hadn't received the card yet, so I asked to close the account and cancel the card. Since then, I haven't received any charges or the card. I thought this was resolved until I saw my credit score drop drastically due to delinquencies reported by this company. The initial amount is only $6, which is completely outrageous. I never received this charge, and the account was closed right after it was opened, without ever being used, since I never received the card. I haven't had any change of address. I demand that they remove this charge and eliminate the delinquencies from my credit report, as it is absurd. I do everything right to avoid these kinds of problems. This company needs to be held accountable for causing significant harm to consumers.
And want 30-60 days to dispute the charges. In the meantime I just have to wait? And can't get credit anywhere else.

Took seriously a month to refinance my auto. It wasn’t a unique or complicated auto loan in any regard, so I think they’re just extremely slow. When I inquired about how long it normally takes to refinance, a rep said they would reject my application after approving it three weeks earlier, then a manager apologized profusely. I stuck with them just because I didn’t want to run my credit again. For the past two months, I’ve tried to use Chevron as a savings account and to pay bills, but their entire online system and app are so clunky that it’s useless. I am now opening another account elsewhere just to get basic banking services.
