The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Jarrett did a great job at first. Do not work with this broker!! When selling my mom’s house after her passing, we started the transaction with Jarrett because of a personal relationship. When we brought our own buyer who had no agent, Jarrett then became the buyers agent and Cherry ours. I heard from her 1 time the whole transaction. She did absolutely nothing, yet still wouldn’t go down on her commission and then at the end of the transaction we find out these hidden fees. Do not use this greedy realtor!!! There are many better in town!

Jarrett Baker-Wilkinson is an excellent real estate agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. I reached out to him to help my spouse and I find the perfect home, within a very limited time span, under challenging circumstances. My husband had just had knee surgery, requiring him to be completely off his legs for nearly three weeks. This prevented us from driving the nearly 5 hours from where we're living to where we were moving, Bryan/College Station, Tx. We were extremely nervous about buying a home that we had not seen in person.

Jarrett's professionalism and attention to detail greatly eased our stress and helped us find the perfect home! He visited each the homes of interest to us, taking detailed video footage of the interior and exterior, opening closets, using an extension to video the roofs and even videoing from the driveway in each direction so we could see the neighborhood and also determine where the sun would rise and set relative to the house.

Jarrett and Kathy kept us informed and made us feel supported throughout the process. I called Jarrett on June 5th to begin the process and we closed on our new home on July 12th!

Additionally, both Kathy and Jarrett have shared insights on local eateries, communities of worship, etc... As an added bonus, they both have amazing personalities and we have greatly enjoyed the time we have spent with them.

We connected with Jarrett Baker-Wilkinson he is by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His dedication to his clients, market knowledge and availability is unmatched. Before working with him I had tried to find a rental on my own with no success most of the listings I had reached out to previously would not get back to me within a week and some not at all. When I started working with Jarrett that completely changed he was able to get me all then info I needed within an hour or 2. He was also able to work with the listing agents to get us showing at a time that worked for us always within a day or 2 depending on the occupancy status of the rental.
