I am beyond disgusted with how I was treated just by trying to get answers on what to do about handling my mothers estate after she passed. Every time I tried to speak I was spoken over, every question I asked was responded to with an attitude and being spoken to like a child is did not help the situation. Super unprofessional. Do better.

I called back in May 2021, actually spoke with Dana, was sent via email what documents to bring and they would assist me with opening my Mama’s estate and to come anytime, no appointment. Upon arrival, standing 6’ away from a plexiglass panel, the “lady” behind the window and me hollered at each other. I explained that I had the documents that Dana requested and was told she wasn’t available. Didn’t expect to work with her anyway, but she just started asking questions, with the lobby full of people. There were several other people behind the glass wall of counters, I asked if I could just meet with one to get things started. She started shouting through the glass that I needed to hire a lawyer! I had driven 4.5 hrs and couldn’t find a lawyer available that day so I drove 4.5 hrs back home. A day shot and gas burned for nothing! Dana would not answer my emails trying to reach back out to her! I could have done this settlement, as I ended up doing most of the leg work for the lawyer if they would have just assisted a little! Cost me $2700 for the lawyer! Thanks for nothing!!!
