Renting a place in London can be difficult, especially if you’re moving to the UK from abroad, as was my case. Mike Gutierrez was extremely helpful and patient during this process. One star is very generous. I’ve seen comments about people having problems to get their deposits back and unfortunately we are having the same problem. It’s been 2 months and we are still waiting for anything to be returned to us. They even contacted DPS on our behalf to change the disputed amount which we didn’t agree to! Disgusting behaviour on their part to keep people’s money with no justification! After renting for multiple years in the UK (and abroad) this is the first time we see anything like this!

Don’t trust them. They trick me and make me pissed off.
I have second viewing at 5:00 PM on 24th May 2024.
The sales Anj call me at 3:00PM and ask me can I wait until 5:30?
I said no.
After 5 mins, she call me back. She said property is under offer. So viewing cancelled.!!!
I arrive Canary Wharf at 3:00pm. I need til wait until 5:00pm and now she told me it’s under offer.
You are playing your clients and waste both parties time.
