I’ve been with Chase Douglas for over a decade now. Great rates but even greater service. The app is super easy to use for almost anything. The lovely people in the office are always kind, patient and get back to me in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t trade that for cheaper rates and crappy service. They truly value customer service. If you’re looking for a life long agent, this is it.

I am finally getting around to leaving this review! We recently moved to the area and had to acquire renters insurance. Chase and his whole team are professional and so knowledgeable about insurance as well as saving for the future. I really appreciate how comprehensive they are - it’s not like a call center that just tries to sell a policy and get off the phone quickly. I highly recommend doing business with them!

I just started working with this office and they have been wonderful to work with. I handle my mother's insurance payments and sometimes forget to pay on time. When that happens, I get a friendly reminder and just give the go-ahead via text or email, and the payment is processed. I highly recommend this group.
