We couldn’t be more thankful to Charlotte for guiding us in the purchase of our first home. The Best of the best!! Charlotte has not only met every expectation we have in a realtor, but gone above and beyond to meet needs we didn't know would arise. Her knowledge of the local market is very deep, including her insight to market projections. Charlotte has been the hardest working realtor we have ever worked with (we have moved 6 times!), always aware of how things are changing and what the best avenue was to get our home noticed, loved, and highly desired. We listed in a very difficult season economically, but Charlotte was persistent to make sure our home continued to be attractive and went above and beyond to market it. One of the best realtors on the central coast. Charlotte is an absolutely amazing realtor. She worked tirelessly to help us prepare, list and market our house, through one of the worst real estate markets since 2008. She did a great job getting the word out, and hosting open house events. She went above and beyond, helping us schedule and execute repairs that were needed prior to closing.
