I switched to State Farm just today & was very impressed with their office. My agent was Wendy & she was incredibly helpful, informative, and answered all of my questions. I was also impressed with the space, as there were items for children set out and it felt more welcoming than other agencies I have been in. I even got to pet a cute doggo who was celebrating a 2nd birthday today 🙂
This was the first of my dealings with State Farm & this office specifically, however if today is any indication, I am happy that I switched. Annie Pace, my agent at this location, was extremely knowledgeable about my policy information. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the coverage I had. Her dedication to ensuring my satisfaction and peace of mind was truly commendable.

My mother went to this agency today and some hopes to change her insurance company. After she spoke with the absolute most unfriendly lady of an agent she could have possibly ever come across she decided at that time that she would politely just get up and leave and decide to give her money to a different insurance company other than this one particular due to the way that she was treated in there today. If you want friendly customer service in an agency that makes you feel like they're willing to help you at all costs and put customer support first this definitely is not the agency for you

horrible customer service, think twice before signing up with this office. your rates will continue to change and they will blame it on you. very poor customer service, even rude to you. not sure who is training there personal but you are not valued as a customer. My rate changed three times in two months. went up a total of 70$ a month within two months of signing up. and the best part is they are rude when you call in and ask about it. you will be told its your fault or they will blame it on other services. just signed up with another large insurance company for half the price. do your shopping before you settle.

Was told on the 16th. I could make my payment here so I paid in sylva on the 21st i received a text message letting me know my payment had not been made. I left cash with the office and had a receipt. The ladies at the office told me that I was wrong. I never paid there. The next day they called me and informed me my money had just been sent to Franklin on the 21 to be posted. Very irresponsible. Would never make another payment here. The ladies was also very rude
