My husband and I used Dawn Evans to purchase our first home. She would send us suggestions or provide feedback on ones we sent. She brought insight about areas or things to think about that we wouldn't have considered. She worked around our schedule to help provide great service. Being totally new to the process, Dawn was great at relieving some stress and answering copious amounts of questions. She helped us from picking something that checked off our boxes while also providing some options that we may not have considered. Dawn never felt pushy, nor did she make us feel like we were being a burden. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she either knew who she could ask or knew which of the vendors we were already using, that we should ask. Buying a home is exciting but is also very stressful, and she helped make it a smoother process. She is easy to work with and very friendly. Even when she was on vacation, she had colleagues lined up to help us do a tour while she was out. From the first meeting to the offer to the inspection response to the closing, she was very helpful all along the way. My husband and I had a great experience and would recommend Dawn to all home buyers but especially to first time buyers.

We lucked out using a random Google search to connect with Stockton Miller and Abigail Murphy (Milestone Lending) in our home buying venture. While any home buying process is likely stressful, these two were amazing in making sure all of our questions, concerns, and hiccups were addressed. It only took 32 days from start to finish. As we approached obstacles on the financing end, Abigail was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in making sure we handled them properly to be able to purchase our home. Stockton never made us wait to get answers when we would text or email with random questions and he handled everything but the signing of our names. It was 100% easier to buy this home than most trips to WalMart ?

At the end of the closing, instead of writing us off, they both told us if we had any questions later on to be sure to contact them. Their obligations to us were signed and sealed, yet both still are available if we have further questions or concerns. This speaks volumes on their business ethics.

I viewed a home listed by Jeremy Tredway. There were many many people there to see that which was described charmingly. It was a dump! People were walking in and immediately back out. The basement with the supposed bedroom looked like something that had been abandoned about 1900 with a crumbling chimn ey in it. This man is no way a reputable agent and I will never have any dealings with an agency that has him as a member. It had an immediate offer but it had to be a flip or a demolish and rebuild. If a flip I would still not want it because of its original shape.
