Melissa worked so hard for us! She went above and beyond for our family. We moved in the middle of winter, but that didn't stop her. She worked to find great comparable properties to ensure we got the very best price on our home. She was very professional, and incredibly kind! Without her, our family would not be our home. Melissa was an asset, and has continued to be one, from the first day we met her. She worked with us to help sell of an Estate portfolio where we had no idea what condition the properties were in, or how best to arrange and she went above and beyond the job of just a Real Estate provider. Melissa Flint is a fantastic realtor. We were first time home buyers and coming from out of state so the whole process was done remotely. Melissa walked us through every step of the purchasing process, worked hard to find us a good house, would video chat with us and show houses via video calls and made the whole thing a very enjoyable process. Melissa is someone who is near and dear to my heart. I had to find a home and move in very quickly. It was thanks to Melissa's diligence, motivation, care, and thoughtfulness that I was able put in an offer and AND CLOSE in just a month! (And two days but that's the weekend's fault). Melissa answered everything single question I had and if I didn't seem to understand it she would call me when I had a moment to go over it even more. She made sure I 100% knew what was happening every step of the way. Working full time I don't have many chances to take a phone call, so being able to communicate via text was one of the biggest blessings! She helped keep me on track by letting me know what was coming up next and what things needed my attention the most. Buying a home on your own for the first time is honestly scary but with Melissa by my side, I felt prepared and so at ease. I can not thank Melissa enough for all she has done for me and am so grateful to have met her. Thank you!!!
