My daughter and her husband had a bad experience. Here is what happened to them, i even tried to call and and Novus was no help…

Do NOT use century 21/ novus rentals. Me and my husband are newly married and new parents. We don’t have credit or rental history which we called and talked to century 21 about. We asked them and let them know ahead of time about it and they said it was fine that we can still look and apply for houses and that a application is good for 60 days and there would only be a ONE time fee (per Anastasia) We applied for a place but was denied because of our credit and history. They would not let us put in a application for a new property. They were trying to make us pay the fee again. I called several times and days for help but they never called me back so my husband showed up and asked to talk to Ashley the one who was suppose to call me back. The front desk lady told my husband that Ashley wasn’t in. So my husband said he would wait. Then she said Ashley was about to go into a meeting so he said he’d still wait. Ashley came and talked to him then and she told him that she didn’t know that I was the same person who was calling over the phone. She then went to tell him that since we was denied that we would have to pay another fee for another applications (which they didn’t tell his before hand. And we called several times asking questions for this reason) and she said since we had no credit or rental history we would also have to pay double the rent and deposit fees bc “they can’t trust us “ because we have no history which we called and asked them before hand and they never told us this when we asked! They scammed us out of application fees and our time.

This is by far the best Real estate company in Carrollton. Moving is stressful but they've made the process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Century 21 to anyone wanting to rent or buy. They care and that goes a long way.

This Agency Suck! I drove 2 hours on a Saturday to see one of their Carrollton listings for nothing. I followed instructions to use the lockbox and the code never came. I called and did not get an answer - office closed. I waited 30 minutes and sent another message for the lockbox code and still nothing. After 35 minutes I received a text message (automated) asking me if I enjoyed the viewing - then emails but still no call from an Agent. I called back and left a voicemail thinking someone would contact me on Monday to rescedule and still nothing - that was a month ago. If this is how they do business then I'm glad they didn't call me. Big waste of time and gas!!!
