Sue Eggers is outstanding in every respect! My wife and I are out of state buyers, so we knew no one in the area. I searched the internet and happened to select Sue to be our agent in the Boone area. I must be a genius, because Sue turned out to be absolutely fantastic. She patiently sent listings over several months and she researched hidden information on several houses until we finally found 'the one'. That's where Sue really shined! She set up viewings, even going back to the same house with us the very next day to walk through again. She facilitated every aspect of the negotiation, inspections, offer and counteroffer, closing... all the while keeping us informed with daily calls and emails. She is a true professional who understands the process very well. She kept a very accelerated closing on track, even through a couple hiccups with financing. She did a video final walkthrough and overnighted the house keys to make sure we could arrive after hours and spend the first night in the area in our new home. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at one of the cabins in Boone this past weekend. It was absolutely beautiful! The house was clean, including a jacuzzi and fire pit. We didn't want to leave! Although it was storming from hurricane Florence coming in we enjoyed most of our time inside with board games and a comfortable setting.

We met Ray Medlin when he showed us one of his listings a couple of years ago. At that time, we were not quite ready to buy, but Ray made an impression on us. So when we were ready to relocate to the area, we contacted him. Ray patiently showed us quite a few properties and talked through the pros and cons of each. He negotiated strongly on our behalf and did an excellent job looking out for our best interest. Kathleen was on the ball with every detail. Even after closing, she went above and beyond by giving us a list of charitable organizations where we could donate furniture left behind by the seller. Ray and Kathleen make a great team.
