I've been working with central realty since August of this year with our rental beginning in September and my experience thus far has been great! As far as communication goes they are AMAZING. Le Is such a wonderful Person and Whenever I have any questions or concerns with the home she is always quick to help and makes sure to get me assistance as soon as possible. The home was newly renovated when we moved in so not many issues, the main concern for me was the windows needed replacement and Once the issue was brought to Central group, They made sure to have a contractor come out that same week and measure the windows and had them installed within 2 weeks! This house is very spacious and modernized to perfection. The company having such amazing team members to assist the way they do just makes it's even better. Would definitely recommend using this company for your rental needs!

Central Realty Group is really great，responsible and professional！ My house has been entrusted to this company for nearly 7 years. We don't need to worry about a thing. Everything is always handled very well. If there is any place in the house that needs to be repaired, the company will have reliable maintenance personnel handle it. Several years ago we invested in our first rental home. There was a lot of questions we ran into as new owners. We had heard of Central Reality by word of mouth from family members. They were so professional and knowledgeable and helped us with some issues with tenants.

Years later, we decided to sell our property and seek out their help. It was sold very quickly and without any hassle. They took care of all the technical aspects. They were very accommodative and guided us every step along the way. Things couldn't have turned out more smoothly without their help. We are happy customers. 😄

Hi All!
I'm a licensed contractor in PA for many years.I was haired for a finishing work by Kevin Ly at 1842 e oakdale st Philadelphia. This Agent renovated the above mentioned property with out any of the city inspection. here are the details.
1. complete electrical rewiring no inspected
2. plumbing system No inspection
3. Basement digging more than 2ft. No inspection
4. Interfering with all structure of the house.
Due to this unsafe reasons i will not recommend this property for sale or rent. This person focus is only making money not peoples life.

The property manager, Le, at Central Realty Group is dishonorable, disrespectful and unprofessional. To avoid frustration and degrading treatment, I recommend you do “good” business with another company.
