Courtney made this all an absolutely breeze! She communicates with me on my policy whenever there is a change, she answers quickly when I have questions and she follows up every time. Honestly, if you have the opportunity for her to teach a class on being a client advocate, have her teach it. She is wonderful!

Called them up nearly 2 weeks ago. Explained my policy renewal was coming up in 10 days and was looking to shop around for some car quotes.
I was told it would take a couple days to get me some quotes. Well, our definition of a couple days varies because as I mentioned, it's been nearly two weeks. I called back, and wasn't able to get through. Decided to go elsewhere. Just giving people a headsup as business must be great for them as they don't need new customers

Went in to get an auto insurance quote. I had to wait for 30 minutes for help. I heard one of the agents tell a coworker that "I hate our customers.". When I told them what I needed, they implied I was breaking the law for needing auto insurance that covers myself and my brother one a policy and I couldn't pay for it.

They have taken such good care of our needs in the Mooresville, NC office . When we call with questions, if they aren’t available, they always call us back promptly. For example today, I had a question and it was almost 5Pm, when I called. Chris was on another line and she called me back as soon as she could. At 5 pm on a Friday. She took the time to put my mind at ease, so I didn’t have to worry about it over the weekend. Thats dedication, putting the customer first. I also commend Christy as well, she answered a lot of my questions this afternoon as well. As long as we are driving, they will be our Automobile Insurance Company,

I have called and spoke with the staff with Central Carolina Insurance Agency in Mooresville, NC several times before. They are rude over the phone, impatient, and talk in a demeaning tone every time I have spoken with them. I would not recommend this company. At the very least, I would recommend this company to hire new phone receptionists who know how to talk with people.
