It's a credit union and they are member supported. Usually there are not too many people in there so the service is fairly quick. I think that it because many people are used to going to banks, but you usually get some perks from banking with credit unions. They are rather friendly there so if you are looking for a bank, try a credit union, CEFCU.

So today I was in this bank I tried to to cash out my sister check and did decline me to cash the check in regards on my previous account that I close so I don’t think this is the right one. I’m cashing out with my sister check it’s not my check and they said that I cannot. They cannot give me a service because of the loss. I don’t know what is that mean so I don’t think this bank is good for a customer service is not good for a customer service this bank in Rivermark. I don’t have a problem with other CEFCU Bank brunch. Revermart Santa Clara.This is the first time I cash out my sister check in this bank and that’s what they told me that they cannot cash my sister check because of my previous account that it was closed . I don’t recommend this bank.person who assisted me her name is AiRA if I’m not mistaken
