Cecil Harvell is the best attorney I've ever encountered. He treated my elderly mother with dignity and respect. He listened and made certain that he understood all of her concerns, fears and desires for her future. Our call to his office only enforced our belief that maybe we have finally found an attorney and office that cares, is very professional AND personable. The assistants truly set the tone for our visit.

Mr Harvell is very kind and real! He spent time looking up attorneys that would be suited to my needs while I was on the phone with him. He explained that he was kinda far from Elizabeth City and although he could do it, the travel time would factor in additional costs for me. So he looked up my options as we talked! Pity he was far, he seems like a genuinely caring person, wouldn't hesitate to use him!

Mr. Harvell is such a kind man. He is helping my sister and I handle our fathers sticky estate. He is understanding and very knowlegable. Up until we went to see him we felt so much pressure and had so many unanswered questions as I am only 26 and my sister is 22 and we don't really know what were doing.
