I just want to say, Carole is amazing. I am a first time home buyer, and she made the process so easy. When things weren't fixed she addressed it. When I didn't understand something, she explained. From the first moment we spoke on the phone, my husband and I said," that's our realtor. At an instant, we felt comfortable and safe with Ms. Carole. She made us feel that she was truly there to serve us. And she did just that, in less than an hour of speaking with her, she'd already found our first viewing. From beginning to end, she was always prompt in every aspect of our home buying process. She was always available to us to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had, no matter the time of day or night. As this was our first time purchasing a home, she went above and beyond her role as our realtor. She was like our lawyer as well, she made sure we weren't being blindsided or tricked into anything and that everything was accurate and legit.
