We are thrilled with our new home and community.

I was contracted in on a new build, it flooded not once but twice and she helped me navigate how to get out of that contract. 2 days later she helped me find the house of my dreams and even helped me set up the team of people to make some renovations to my house. When I couldn’t be there to meet the inspectors she showed up, when I needed her to answer any questions I had she was quick to respond. I couldn't be more happy with my house buying journey. I am from out of town. Christa went above and beyond to help me find a home from long distance. She walked homes for me and then sent me videos along with her commentary. When I found the perfect house Christa walked me through every step of the process. Once we had put in an offer she met the inspector at the house. She also did the final walk through with my son who is local. After closing Christa even helped me find a contractor to do a few little things I wanted to change to make it my own. I do not plan on house hunting again anytime in the near future.
