I was a tenant for 7 years in a property they "managed" and witnessed C&C rip off the owner for 10s of thousands $. Never once did they inspect, or for that matter, even set foot in the house they were supposed to manage and totally ignored our alerts to deferred maintenance issues that lead to more costly repairs to the owner, who eventually fired them. Total incompetence.

I came in confessing how much my renter was a Nightmare. I explained all that I had experienced. My property Manager was switched without notice. Did not know until I called about a concern.

I will be honest. I mentally was not prepared to contract such an asset. So I sought C&C as a medium. A buffer.

My Renter is stress exemplified, especially after inheriting a property with the loss of both my parents.

My renter is currently the 2nd month in and has not paid rent. There is no 'check in'. No communication whatsoever from this company as I struggle as a single parent.

C&C has chosen not to pursue Any Legal actions, not even a threat of a 3 day Notice. So, my Renter lives stress free, while making money and I have to question if I have enough gas/food money to make it work for my son.

Perhaps if I was of European decent or if my property was towards the millions, I would get better service. I highly do not recommend their services. Even when paid monthly they do not support the Owner.

I paid an application fee for an apartment with C&C property but it’s been over a month and no response from the realty. It’s ridiculous because I kept calling the office on the status of the application and they kept saying “there’s still no response from the property management.” Today I checked their website and the property I applied for is off the market. Very unprofessional to not receive a denial message and be kept in the dark for over a month. Avoid at all costs!

Most of the move in process has been okay. However, the water main is turned off and we can't find the line to turn it on. Why the heck wasnt this turned on for the tenants? That is absurd. To make matters worse, the lease makes is specific that if you call after hours on the emergency line and they deem it was an emergency, you are potentially liable for costs. How is a service like this my fault when the house should have been ready on move in.

Additionally, while we went to look for the water main we noticed our home doesn't have a proper dryer socket. The home was listed with laundry hook ups, but in reality you can really only use a washer. Of course it's a weekend so no one is available to answer my questions. $4550/month and theres no useable dryer plug and the home was supposedly redone? How do you miss that? I will update my review when C&C gets back to me.

I love Vicky, who has shown me quite a few of my properties . She is sweet , professional, knowledgeable, and nice.
This company has been so good with me as I navigate my search for a home.

Be careful with this company. Especially Jan or whatever his name is. He is very deceptive into completing the Rental Application. After completing the Rental Application, I spoke with Mel and put the pieces together that Jan was completely lying to me in regards to what he was telling me in speaking with the home owner. Asked to get a refund on my application and they said no. Take your business elsewhere. If they will screw you over on something as simple as a Rental Application, imagine what they will get you on once you are in one of their properties.

BEWARE!!!! They are a scam!!! They had us pay the fee and apply before viewing property. Keep calling trying to set up a tour, they kept saying touring is unavailable until March 31st. Now it's April 1st and they said the unit is already rented to someone else. Asked them about other properties that I have seen there sign at and they said they just put them at complexes for advertising. BEWARE!!!
