This Company is a joke. i have reached out on in late January 2020 trying to call this company and left two voicemails with no return call .i was looking for commercial insurance for limousines. i would call and some guy answers takes a message for wael and never get a call back. i finally get to speak to wael and he talks to me and explains the process OK i understand but a week and a half went by after sending my loss runs over to him and still no email or phone call for a follow up. so i try calling again there is no answer mind you this is now in mid February 2020. i tried following once more on February 27th 2020 with a email. still no response. i am no sure if any one else has had any bad experiences with this company as i have.i am not one to leave bad reviews but i was very patient and as well as upfront letting wael know that my account would not be easy to get a quote for insurance. all i ask is for better communication.

Applied online for insurance quote. Wael called back and sent me an email on April 15, 2021 saying he will work on quotes for me. I sent him two follow up emails, and it's now May 7th, 2021 and I still haven't heard back from him since the original contact. Don't waste your time.
