I got connected with Jen T at Carolina Senior Marketing through my father-in-law as we were navigating the situation we found ourselves in of trying to get my new husband & his daughter coverage. My husband is responsible for his daughter’s health insurance, but was laid off about 1 month prior to our wedding. Jen was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Even though I am under 65 & not using Medicare or Medicaid at this time, she was still more than willing to assist me in updating the changes to my Marketplace Application for the changes in the household and to help make sure we were making the best financial choices for our blended family in our special circumstances when adding them to my current plan. I HIGHLY recommend Jen and look forward to working with her again in the future during any of the changes we will need to make to our coverage policies. So far I've had to start this review over 6 times because I can't seem to find words to express how wonderful Carolina Senior Marketing is and how grateful I am to be part of their family. There is NO way I could navigate this industry with all the compliance, contracting, filtering through products and companies, marketing, enrollment tools and resources, etc. without them. NO WAY! I am going on 8 years with Carolina Senior Marketing, many more are 10+, I don't know of anyone that has ever left to go elsewhere. If actions speak louder than words, nuff said.
