Today was by far one of the smoothest and enjoyable loan processes I’ve had in the past decade. Typically the loan process is slow, stressful, and full of Ambiguity. The best customer service I’ve ever had from a financial institution. Anytime there is a question or concern. We always call and Heaven is always a great help. My family and I also always finance our vehicles through this credit union your rates are usually unbeatable.

Worthless!!!! I can’t upvote my address for my car note and can’t get my car legal in another STATE!!!! I have 10 days legally to change it !! Because I can’t access my email and didn’t change my address from a previous one I have to drive 7 hours pay for a hotel to do it because they won’t do it over the phone. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM HERE!!! Now I guess I will have a repo due to having an illegal car because I don’t have a way to get my damn car legal. Guess a attorney Will have to sort it out once it’s repoed

I love my credit union! They offer all types of accounts and loans in addition to the "perks" available to members. I have been banking at Carolina Federal Credit Union for more than a year now, and every single person I have come into contact with in person, by telephone or by email has been very friendly, professional, helpful, courteous and down to earth. They are "real" people who actually smile and treat me like a person. Their kindness, respect and willingness to help means so much to me.....especially after experiencing the condescending attitudes at my last bank. I moved my accounts right down the street to Carolina Federal Credit Union, and I have never looked back! Thank you Carolina Federal. I am a loyal customer for life!
