Been with this credit union for 20yrs . Today went and closed out my account. Such disrespect today because their employees make a mistake and didn’t take out my loan payment that should have been paid off. And the money is just sitting there. I was told it was my fault and that they would turn it in like I didn’t pay it on time. Now this came from someone higher up in the office. Never would I have ever expected such disrespect. Be mindful of who you are dealing with.
