I had this policy as long as I had my car. Everyone was always kind to me and they really have taken care of me. I had to call a couple times recently to try and get something explained, but that wasn't because they weren't explaining it well but because I wasn't processing what was being said. And they really treated me well during that, too. Loved her as my agent, just moved states.

She's absolutely wonderful and it helped my family tremendously.
