State Farm staff at this location are attentive, helpful, and make sure that my insurance is up to date. If they see a possible savings, they call me and let me know. My family and I recently moved to California and we have been researching the right place to go for auto/life insurance. After going to a few other companies, I came across this office and decided to go in and ask some questions. I am very glad I did. I was greeted by friendly staff, unlike the other places I had gone. Jenny answered all the questions I had and helped me get the auto/life bundle I was looking for. GREAT PLACE, GOOD ATMOSPHERE, and GREAT HELP! If i could give more stars I would!!

Worst customer service ever. I have 6 policies and they are constantly being canceled due to no payments, even though i tell them constantly to auto pay them. Worst agent ever to exist.

edit for response to "agent": I did in fact tell them to stop calling for every damn payment and put me on auto pay. Come to find out this agent encourages her reps to call the customers. In 2024 i just want to set it and forget it. But this lady insists on calling several times a month. A formal complaint has been filed with the insurance commission as well as an ethics complaint with state farm.

BTW all your reviews are bots, its painfully obvious
