My wife and I used this company to sell and then buy another property. Melissa and her staff were extremely helpful during the sale and after the sale of both properties. They offer a comprehensive listing service that ended up being cheaper than the competitors. In our case it saved us several thousand dollars at closing when we sold our home.

With their lower fees we were able to list our house and get it sold quicker than if we listed it with a standard listing service. She offered advice to get the property listed at a correct price for the market.
