Great, friendly, knowledgeable and fast service. Our agent Crystal Bell is always friendly and knowledgeable with all our questions and needs. If shes uncertain on something, she will find out and get right back to you . If I have to leave a message, she gets back to me right away. I had to have flood insurance for my business. Janelle at Carl Nelson Insurance in Handford was the best to deal with. She made things very easy, and always provided the best customer service any time I had to contact her. Thank you for all your assistance!

I am absolutely fed up with these guys, but maybe it is my agent-- I have yet to decide this. I have told them that, under no uncertain terms, they are to not take a payment out of my bank before the first of the month because I am on disability. I have called them multiple times and the agent ensured that I would never have it happen again. Lo and behold, what do I get from Wells Fargo but yet another email stating yet another overdraft fee.

I am absolutely sick and f* tired of the sheer magnitude of incompetence on my behalf. How can you do this yet again to me? Do they not care?

I want a new agent because I have spoken to mine one too many times about the same problem and it appears that he has given literally zero consideration to my requests, but i know beyond all shadow of doubt that I will be switching insurance companies unless this gets permanently remedied.

This has been a recurring problem at least times. It was not taken care of the first, second, or the third time.
