I already have excellent insurance coverage, so there's no need for me to look into other options. I find your unsolicited mail, complete with an outdated image of my property, quite unappealing. Just so you know, if I were considering new insurance, I wouldn't even consider anyone who resorts to sending junk mail. It gives off a vibe of desperation, much like those lawyers who chase after accidents.

Run! I notified them two months prior to renewal that I was considering making a change and that my policies were no longer being escrowed and to not invoice the mortgage company. Well they invoiced them anyway WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I told them I was not renewing and it's now been a week and they won't get back to me. Now I have large negative balance on an escrow account with my mortgage company and this agency won't respond to me when I am trying to get them to send the money back that I never authorized them to invoice in the first place. They created a mess and instead of fixing it they just disappear.

We experienced some customer service issues with Allstate before being transferred to Carl and in 1 hour he talked us out of switching to a different carrier without even trying. Carl is wicked smart and he just plain nerds out on insurance (sorry, Carl - I know of no better way to stress your knowledge of this industry!). He thoroughly reviewed our policies prior to our meeting and came prepared with recommendations on coverage and strategy. I have a low tolerance for insurance sales pitches and was impressed that Carl genuinely put himself in our shoes and did not simply look for opportunities to get higher premiums from us (in fact, many of his recommendations actually lowered our overall insurance costs). Takes a year to make a wind a hail claim. They come out to get square footage and cancel my homeowners. For missing shingles missing sufic and a handrail missing from a porch that is 19” off the ground. Good luck!
