Jacob helped us out with our loan for our home purchase in 2025. He has great knowledge and experience and it shows. He really took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood what everything meant on our loan. Jacob was very flexible and willing to text, call, zoom, or meet in person and worked around our schedule at all times.

At no moment did we ever feel like he was pressuring us to do anything we didn't want, we just gave him the criteria of what we were looking for and helped us get there but also presenting us all of our options in case we were interested.

Jacob is extremely efficient in getting things done, he is able to close super quick if its needed. While looking for a home we were asked who were working with for our loan and as soon as we mentioned Jacobs name everyone said we were in great hands.

I would recommend Jacob to anyone I know is buying a home.
